Scope & Conditions for Returns

• Deformation due to transport: Chocolate is melted, completely deformed, loses its original shape, or sticks together due to environmental temperatures during shipping.
• Packaging & aesthetic defects: Outer boxes/packaging are dented, torn, or broken, directly affecting the quality of the chocolate inside (especially for gift sets and gift baskets).
• Product quality defects: The product is moldy, has an abnormal odor, is deteriorated, shows severe fat bloom/oil separation, or is expired upon delivery.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery: Products delivered do not match the type, flavor, quantity, or size ordered via website, message, or phone.
• Returns only apply to products purchased directly or paid for through our company.
